While Russia, in this area as in the military field, launched hostilities as early as 2014, Ukraine has now learned to employ these methods - and other tools of information warfare -, the aim of which is always to sow confusion among public opinion in the enemy country.

Workshop celebrating 15 years of Oliver Williamson's Nobel legacy

The work of Oliver Williamson (1932-2020) has made a significant contribution to economics in several ways. Firstly, by proposing a microeconomic analysis of Ronald Coase's theory of transaction costs. He linked different areas of the literature, proposing a new theory of the firm and market organization. In addition, his work has made a significant interdisciplinary contribution, recognized in economics, law and management. His analysis has prompted a reassessment of organizational boundaries and aconsideration of a world with "positive transaction costs".

Indictment of Pavel Durov, Telegram boss: a geopolitical affair?

On August 24, Pavel Durov was arrested while his private jet was making a stop at Le Bourget. In the vast majority of cases, payment terms do not exist. In the business-to-business world, things are different and more complex. Intercompany credit is a long-standing and common practice involving indispensable and recurring transactions between customers and suppliers.
