Training employees
In our programs, we offer a cross-disciplinary vision of management with strong pedagogical convictions. Our ambition is to give priority to teaching the fundamentals of management and administration necessary for professional advancement, while integrating soft skills. Our training courses also draw heavily on our research activities to initiate new thinking and train people capable of meeting tomorrow's challenges. Of the 2,000 or so executives trained each year, around 1,200 are trained in our Paris-based Executive Programs, of which nearly 25% are supported by their companies.
Why encourage employees to train?
- To act in favor of lifelong professional development, a strong commitment that benefits all stakeholders.
- To develop your company's attractiveness both externally, to attract your future employees, and internally, to preserve your talents and retain your teams.
- To strengthen your employer brand and consolidate the relationship with your employees by energizing HR career paths and supporting skills development.
- To carry out in-depth work on a business-related issue: our training courses culminate in the writing of a professionally-oriented research dissertation. This work can bring real added value to the company, enabling the employee to deal with a subject directly related to his or her professional environment.
