Who we are
Associated with Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Sorbonne Business School is a benchmark, with a strong and prestigious heritage in management science education and research in France and internationally. Our students are graduates of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Since its creation, Sorbonne Business School has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to society. Our mission? To positively impact the world through education and research. More than 65 years later, the story of Sorbonne Business School continues to be written. A great story, demanding, optimistic, committed and humanistic: that of management, research and progress, that of excellence in university teaching, that of equal opportunities for all. We are also committed to being a benchmark establishment in terms of responsible approach, integrating the social and environmental transition transversally within our programs, our research and our establishment.
We thus prepare our students to write their own story and the story of tomorrow, in close collaboration with the professional world. We maintain a rich network of relationships with companies that benefits both training and research, and promotes the professional integration and development of these future managers.
With its faculty of teacher-researchers, its LAB Sorbonne Business School laboratory and its 7 chairs, Sorbonne Business School stands out for a dynamic research activity particularly involved in societal topics related to management. Our commitment to the dissemination of knowledge is also developed within the framework of Sorbonne Recherche en Management, which combines the expertise of teacher-researchers from the two management divisions of the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University: the École de Management de la Sorbonne (EMS) and our Sorbonne Business School.
It is this engaged research that enables us to enrich our programs with fresh thinking and train responsible managers capable of meeting the challenges of the future.
Sorbonne Business School benefits from an international reach thanks to numerous partnerships forged with establishments on every continent and an active network of 39,000 alumni practicing around the world. This international visibility is constantly being developed and consolidated, both in terms of training and research, particularly in Europe with the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University scheme, Una Europa, to foster new collaborations.
