As a specialist in entrepreneurship and strategy, Didier CHABAUD has published numerous articles on the subject in academic journals, as well as books and book chapters. He is particularly interested in the dynamics of business creation (creation process, role of teams and social networks, support) and in the development strategies of organizations, particularly family-owned, and territories. He is director of the Entrepreneurship - Territory - Innovation Chair (ETI), former president of the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and co-editor-in-chief of the Review of entrepreneurship (2013-2019).

The ETI Chair seeks to understand how to create economic, social and environmental value in local areas. To do this, it analyzes the impact of technological, ecological and societal changes on local areas. The Chair focuses on several areas of research: Smart City & Tech, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Social and Inclusion, Environment and Sustainable Development.
