Pierre GARAUDEL

As a specialist in organization theory, strategic management and corporate governance, Pierre GARAUDEL has published numerous articles and book chapters on the themes of corporate restructuring, labor relations, corporate governance, short-termism and groupings in the associative field. His current research focuses more specifically on meta-organization theory and international trade union federations. He teaches in the fields of strategic management and finance to both working executives and work-study students.
