During the last 10 years, the research team Mutations, Anticipations, Innovations (Sorbonne Business School) has been positioning itself as a community gathering academics and practitioners in order to produce actionable knowledge about economic and organizational mutations. It aims at specifying the mutation and identifying social innovation and social dialogue processes that may ease drastic and unavoidable change. The team is structured around two different partnerships. The first one is managed with the Circle for Innovation and Expertise Management (CIME) and aims at understanding new challenges in R&D management. The second with the Institution for Social Progress in the Industry (IPSI) tries to monitor industrial mutations and to identify employability enhancement strategies.
