A graduate in management science and professor of finance at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and then at Paris Dauphine-PSL University, Hubert DE LA BRUSLERIE has been professor emeritus at this university since 2020. Affiliated with the Sorbonne Business School, he pursues his research in corporate finance and financial governance. He is also a judicial expert at the Paris Court of Appeal.
